Lisa is an entrepreneurial executive who owned, operated and sold Ubiquity Group, a successful marketing firm that specialized in helping medical device and bioscience companies. She led clients’ creative direction and marketing strategies, creating differentiation for her clients through market positioning based on research. She also worked with clients to systematize their marketing efforts to maximize their ROI. Lisa holds a BFA in Design, completed Northwestern University’s Executive Program for Product Development, is inbound marketing certified through HubSpot and has completed courses at MIT Sloan School of Management for Management and Leadership.

Derek is a copywriter with strong editorial skills. He holds a BASc in English Writing, which he completed at Wayne State College in Nebraska. Derek was the Editor-in-Chief of his college newspaper, The Wayne Stater, and has provided creative web content for the communication technology company, Encartele, in Omaha, Neb.

Lisa and Carol have worked together for over 20 years to provide market research and strategy to medical device and bioscience organizations. Carol’s ability to not only conduct the primary and secondary research studies, but also provide strategic recommendations is like none other in the industry.
Dan, Mike and the team shoot Parabella’s client photography and videos, everything from patient testimonials to webinars to corporate videos and product photography. They continually elevate our clients and our clients’ products, through their flexibility, technical ability and creativity.
We’ve been working with Sam on motion graphics for our clients’ product animations. His attention to detail and ability to grasp complex information is impressive and we’re glad to have found him, albeit on the Oregon coast.
